Tokyo style Shoyu Ramen

 A refined harmony of pork, chicken and seafood - light yet deeply layered, finished with a sweet soy tare and aromatic garlic oil. Topped with melt-in-your-mouth braised pork chashu, a soft-boiled marinated egg, tender bamboo shoots and fresh scallions.

Tokyo style Miso Ramen

65 RON

 Rich and grounding -  The Tokyo-style broth elevated by an aged miso tare with warm notes of garlic and ginger. Deepened with bonito flakes and finished with toasted sesame oil. Served with braised pork chashu, a soft-boiled marinated egg and fresh scallions.

Signature Tantanmen

65 RON

 Bold and aromatic - a sesame-forward broth built on a tahini miso tare, finished with our signature spicy oil and the subtle heat of Sichuan pepper. Topped with braised pork chashu, toasted sesame, a soft-boiled marinated egg and fresh scallions.
